It was then brought back to life through Gt Web Design in 2006 in the form of a new databased, self managing website.

The new Gt Web Design benefits from a number of features that include the use of wordpress, with Florida Premier Villas the blog is used for news items as well, the news items in a wordpres blog can also easily be used throughout the site through the use of an RSS Feed. This is done on the villa on the homepage where there are links to news items scrolling.

Florida Premier villas now boasts of 120 villas ranging from 3 to 7 bedroom properties with each villa owner able maintain their villas listing. Villa owners wishing to join the website are also able to join online and load in their phoots, descriptions and prices.
